Your Right to Data Deletion
In accordance with personal data protection regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by Centre IQRAA.
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1: Via the App
- Open the Centre IQRAA app
- Go to Settings > My Account
- Select Delete my account
- Confirm your request
Option 2: By Email
Send an email to support@centre-iqraa.com with:
- Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- Your phone number (for verification)

Data That Will Be Deleted
Following your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your profile information (name, email, phone, photo)
- Your subscription history
- Your comments and questions
- Your preferences and settings
- In-app browsing history
- Locally downloaded files
Data Retained
Some data may be retained for legal reasons:
- Payment transaction history (legal accounting retention requirement)
- Security logs in case of legal investigation
This data will be anonymized and can no longer be linked to your identity.
Processing Time
Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Consequences of Deletion
After deletion of your data:
- You will no longer be able to access your account
- Your active subscriptions will be cancelled without refund
- Your favorite content history will be lost
- This action is irreversible
